DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Creating an optimal training and work environment requires an awareness of unconscious biases that exist and focused education. Creating more diverse teams with varied opinions is crucial for continued growth and excellence.
I am passionate about identifying and creating awareness of gender-based inequities that exist in the training environment.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Many physicians early in their career suffer from poor work-life integration and imposter syndrome— I work with early career physicians and trainees as an executive coach to develop resilience, confidence and set goals.
